We started with an idea…

Ryan and Lo together have grown Beyond the Bar to what it is today; a company focusing on helping the restaurant industry invest in themselves so they can change the lives of everyone they come in contact with in a positive manner.

(RED)Ryan combines 10+years of working in the restaurant industry, with his Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from West Chester University- coupled with several accredited certifications in Personal Training and Life Coaching- to help individuals make massive transformations in their lives both physically and mentally!

LO tibbets

With her 12 years in the Restaurant Industry (and counting) plus her degrees in Psychology, Lo understands the mental load the Restaurant Industry takes on an individual. Dubbed “ The Jane of all Trades” she has a grasp on work/life balance and knowledge that “loving what you do” can be multiple things. Her current titles include: Restaurant Master of the Front of the House, Professor of Beer Education, CPT certified personal trainer, Mental health professional, and Instagram Influencer (the face of the vids)
